We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Valid A220 Type Rating (TR)
  • Valid EASA Part-FCL CPL(A) or ATPL(A)
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union

LOT Crew Sp. z o.o. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. LC processes personal data on the basis of applicable law, with due diligence appropriate to the type of services provided by the company and in accordance with the personal data protection procedures adopted within Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A.

Purpose, Legal Basis of Processing and categories of personal data:

We process your personal data for conducting the recruitment process, including assessing your qualification and skills needed to work with us, and then possible employment or other form of cooperation. 

 

Your personal data will be processed due to the necessity to conclude an employment or cooperation contract and the need to provide data resulting from the Labor Code. In addition, some data is processed based on your consent and on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to assess whether you are the right person for the position for which we are recruiting.

 

Nevertheless, upon your further consent, we will send you information about the future recruitment procedures.

If you completed the application form, your data was provided to us by eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o. (eRecruiter) and/or Grupa Pracuj sp. z o.o. (Pracuj.pl). and/or Praca.pl Sp. z o.o.

Voluntary      provision of data:

Providing identification and contact details, data regarding education and professional qualifications are necessary. 

Except the abovementioned, providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the agreement.

Categories of recipients: 

Your data may be transferred to entities authorized under the law, entities related to LC, i.e. companies from the LOT Group, (especiallyLOT Polish Airlines) as well as may be shared with entities providing us selected services (accounting, marketing, IT, security services – to the extent to which this is necessary for the provision of these services).  Data will be transferred only to the extent necessary to provide these services. These entities operate on the basis of an agreement with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

Retention period:

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process. After this time, we will store your data no longer than until any claims expire.

Your personal data will be processed until the withdrawal of the consent, but in any cases no longer than 12 months.

Your rights:

Pursuant to the GDPR, you have the following rights, which you may exercise by contacting LOT using any means of communication:

Information about profiling :

 

Your data shall not be processed by the Data Controller in an automated manner, including profiling. 

For some positions, it may be necessary to carry out analytical and/or numerical tests. In this case, the results of the test will have a decisive impact on the qualification of the candidacy for the next stage of recruitment for the position to which the application relates. In this situation, you have the right to obtain human intervention from the Data Controller, to express your own position and to challenge this decision.
