We are looking to fill the position of:
Customer Service Specialist (Czech language – email, chat, phone)
Location: Warszawa
Your tasks:
- Providing customer service for a fashion brand in Czech via phone, email, and chat
- Providing information on products, orders, and deliveries within the fashion and e-commerce sectors
- Handling complaints and inquiries in accordance with established procedures
- Collaborating with the support team and technical department
- Entering and updating data in systems
Our expectations:
- Very good command of Czech (C1 level)
- Knowledge of Polish or English for internal communication (minimum B1 level)
- Good diction and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability: Ready to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Proficiency in using a computer and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm: Openness to working with customers and a willingness to learn
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service or telephone-based support
- Interest in fashion and trends

- Recipients of your data may include: providers of IT systems, providers of job advertisement publication services, providers of recruitment management systems, and recruitment service providers, in particular: Pro People sp. z o.o., ul. Równoległa 4a, 02-235 Warsaw; eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o., ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw.
If you consent to the processing of your data also for future recruitment processes, your personal data may additionally be processed by companies belonging to the OEX Group.
Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for the following periods:
- 6 months from the end of the recruitment process – if you consented only to the current recruitment;
- 2 years from the date the application documents were submitted – if you consented to both current and future recruitment processes.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer using one of the communication channels indicated in point 1.
- With respect to data processed by the Controller based on your consent (data other than those required under the Labour Code), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a statement to [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- If you have exhausted your rights towards the Controller and you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
