Team Leader with English
Location: Lublin
Your main responsibilities:
- Creating work schedules and managing team availability, including planning, updating schedules, and monitoring login times.
- Providing technical support to consultants and contacting the Help Desk team when necessary.
- Maintaining ongoing cooperation with the client to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Monitoring team performance, motivating and supporting consultants in achieving KPIs.
- Analyzing reporting data and presenting results to the client and the team.
- Managing quality and corrective actions — overseeing customer service quality and compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitoring and reporting quantitative and qualitative performance results.
- Cooperating with the Project Manager and other departments at Axendi.
- Working with CRM systems, the knowledge base, and Microsoft 365 tools.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong communication skills.
- English at min. C1 level
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, including in challenging situations.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Assertiveness, resilience to stress, and a proactive attitude.
- Accuracy in documentation and strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage

If you consent to the processing of your data also for future recruitment processes, your personal data may additionally be processed by companies belonging to the OEX Group.
Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for the following periods:
- 6 months from the end of the recruitment process – if you consented only to the current recruitment;
- 2 years from the date the application documents were submitted – if you consented to both current and future recruitment processes.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer using one of the communication channels indicated in point 1.
- With respect to data processed by the Controller based on your consent (data other than those required under the Labour Code), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a statement to [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- If you have exhausted your rights towards the Controller and you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
