Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing the company’s financial results and preparing reports and summaries for the Management Board,
• Preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses,
• Monitoring costs and supporting expenditure optimization processes,
• Overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in cooperation with the accounting department,
• Participating in the development and implementation of the company’s financial and control policies,
• Preparing profitability analyses of projects and investments,
• Cooperating with internal and external auditors,
• Taking part in the improvement of reporting and financial control processes.

What we expect:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of finance, controlling, and management accounting,
• Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to work with large data sets,
• Excellent command of Excel and the MS Office suite,
• Very good command of English (C1 level),
• Very good knowledge of Polish
• Independence, accuracy, and responsibility in performing assigned tasks,
• Higher education in economics (preferred majors: finance, accounting, economics).

2. For any matters related to your personal data, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) appointed by the Controller, via e-mail at: [email protected].
3. Depending on the consent you have given, your personal data is processed by the Controller for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process or both the current and future recruitment processes, based on the following legal grounds:

• Data indicated in the Labour Code – processed on the basis of legal provisions (providing such data is necessary to participate in the recruitment process);
• Additional data (e.g. image, interests) – processed on the basis of your voluntary consent (providing such data does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment process). If you do not want the Controller to process any additional information about you, please refrain from including it in your documents. At the same time, please do not include information such as marital status, number of children, health condition, etc. Should such information be provided, the Controller will be obliged to immediately delete it from the documents received.

4. Your personal data may also be processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest, i.e. for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims related to the recruitment process.
5. Recipients of your data may include: providers of IT systems, providers of job advertisement publication services, providers of recruitment management systems, and recruitment service providers, in particular: Pro People sp. z o.o., ul. Równoległa 4a, 02-235 Warsaw; eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o., ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw.
   If you consent to the processing of your data also for future recruitment processes, your personal data may additionally be processed by companies belonging to the OEX Group.

Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for the following periods:

• 6 months from the end of the recruitment process – if you consented only to the current recruitment;
• 2 years from the date the application documents were submitted – if you consented to both current and future recruitment processes.

6. You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer using one of the communication channels indicated in point 1.
7. With respect to data processed by the Controller based on your consent (data other than those required under the Labour Code), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a statement to [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. If you have exhausted your rights towards the Controller and you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
