About the Role

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for hunting and closing deals? Join our Solutions Department to spearhead our international growth. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who excels at acquiring new logos, building a predictable pipeline, and guiding complex deals from first contact to signature.

You will act as a trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise clients, designing high-value solutions that combine technology, BPO, and CX expertise.

What You Will Do

  • Hunt & Close: Drive full-cycle new customer acquisition across international and Polish markets through proactive outbound hunting and the conversion of inbound leads.
  • Value-Based Selling: Conduct thorough discovery to understand client pain points, build compelling business cases, and quantify impact (ROI, automation, CX outcomes).
  • Commercial Negotiation: Manage end-to-end commercials, including pricing, margin protection, and contract signatures.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain high CRM hygiene, stage discipline, and accurate weekly forecasting.
  • Seamless Handover: Ensure a structured and clean transition of closed projects to our Solutions/Delivery teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B new business sales and/or sales development within services, outsourcing, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success selling to mid-market/enterprise clients with multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Language: Fluent English (C1 level, written and spoken) is required

Nice-to-Haves

  • Fluency in an additional language (German, Spanish, French, or Italian at C1 level)
  • Industry familiarity with Banking & Finance, eCommerce, or Healthcare
  • Hubspot literacy

      If you consent to the processing of your data also for future recruitment processes, your personal data may additionally be processed by companies belonging to the OEX Group.

    Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for the following periods:

    • 6 months from the end of the recruitment process – if you consented only to the current recruitment;
    • 2 years from the date the application documents were submitted – if you consented to both current and future recruitment processes.
    1. You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer using one of the communication channels indicated in point 1.
    2. With respect to data processed by the Controller based on your consent (data other than those required under the Labour Code), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a statement to [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
    3. If you have exhausted your rights towards the Controller and you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
