IT Infrastructure Architect (EMEA)
Location of work: Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • Design and maintain data centre infrastructure architecture across networks, servers, and storage.
  • Lead and deliver infrastructure projects from design through implementation and handover to operations.
  • Select, evaluate, and integrate infrastructure technologies in line with performance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and alignment with internal IT standards.
  • Monitor performance and capacity, driving continuous optimisation and stability.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and architecture artefacts.
  • Define and support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with global IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders across EMEA

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, data centre, or infrastructure architecture roles.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of data centre technologies, including storage, and backup, virtualisation, .
  • Proven expertise in VMware virtualisation and SAN / storage systems.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and cloud backup solutions.
  • Very good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of security, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure standards.
  • Experience designing and delivering infrastructure projects end to end.
  • Ability to analyse complex systems, assess risk, and propose scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the Warsaw office, 3 days remote)

  • Experience with Arista networking.
  • Knowledge of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI, e.g., VxRail).
  • Familiarity with Citrix / Netscaler (load balancing and access gateway).
  • Knowledge of replication technologies.
