IT Analyst (migrations, integrations, international environment)

Your responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and coordinate application configuration and support issues with the appropriate business teams to ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Support technical teams in managing vendor relationships, particularly by ensuring application security certificates remain valid, current, and fully operational.
- Assist with maintaining and updating internal application tracking tools, ensuring accurate application data and escalating any data gaps or inconsistencies, primarily within HR systems.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders where appropriate, in alignment with the Enterprise Technology strategy.
- Contribute to the design and definition of HR technology solutions implemented across multiple countries worldwide.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of HR applications and system integrations across international regions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT-related role with a strong analytical focus.
- Proven experience working with external software vendors and third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with solid technical skills and understanding of corporate business functions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to resolve issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience supporting or working with HR systems.
- Openess to work 2-3days in the office.
- Willingness to work on a fixed-term project (opportunities for further offers or career development for top performers).
