At Decathlon, we make the pleasure and benefits of sports accessible to many! In our production field, we achieve this purpose by deploying sustainable industrial strategies and high-quality products.

Decathlon Production Poland was locally established at the beginning of 2018 to build and manage an industrial network of Polish suppliers with the aim of increasingly satisfying our European users. In 2021, we started producing bicycles together with our partner, and we continue to increase production. Today, our team in production consists of 30 people, 6 processes (Bikes, metal, PHPC, food, packaging), and 15 suppliers.

To support the development of our activity in Poland, we are looking for a new candidate, passionate about sports, to join the team. Their role will be to facilitate building the fastest and most reliable Supply Chain in the world, which will consequently enable moving people through the wonders of Sport.

You will join the Supply team. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Empower the process of developing and enhancing the supply skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the team to achieve high performance,
• Ensure all performance and risk metrics within supply are well-defined, trackable, and manageable,
• Drive and accelerate transformations within your people, processes, and factory,
• Foster internal and external Collaboration & Contribution, and promote a Continuous Improvement environment for the growth and development of supply,
• Directly manage the supply domain at one of the suppliers to remain connected to production.

Who we are looking for:

• You are autonomous in 100% Supply skill: both fundamental and advanced skills of the SPL job,
• You are a worldwide reference in one or several Supply Chain skills - mandatory,
• You have a strong sense of organization, observation, and critical analysis. Good communication, a customer-oriented approach, and rigor are required,
• You know how to leverage your creativity to develop innovative ideas and can envision effective solutions,
• You are an active listener, persuasive, and share your ideas enthusiastically, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
• You demonstrate adaptability,
• You live by the core belief of Continuous Improvement (CI),
• Supply Chain Operations Manager (OPM-S) experience in any other country or Supply Chain Specialist (SPL) experience exceeding 2.5 years,
• You are a team player who values good collaboration and the collective success of all team members,
• Above all, you are passionate about sports and related products.
