We are looking for a Digital Project Management Officer (PMO) to support our Chief Digital Officer and enhance the effectiveness of our Digital Team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Project Digital Execution & Oversight – Manage digital projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and monitoring progress with project management tools,
- Methodology & Tools Development – Create, implement, and continuously improve project management tools and methodologies, including oversight of Jira, roadmaps, and key reporting frameworks,
- Enhance Digital Team Efficiency – Work closely with the Digital Team to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize delivered business value,
- Internal & External Communication – Ensure seamless communication of successes, milestones, and key digital events across the company,
- Reporting & Documentation – Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and data files for CDO, Digital Finance Leader, Head of E-commerce Growth, Head of Product Development, and other senior stakeholders,
- Project Formalization & Compliance – Maintain project documentation, keeping reports, presentations, and management files up-to-date, structured, and in compliance with company standards,
- Key Document Creation & Standardization – Develop and refine key documents, such as: weekly & monthly presentations, project & product roadmaps, country and regional sales plan, financial reconciliation reports.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Understanding of E-commerce & Retail Business – Basic knowledge of how e-commerce and retail businesses function, particularly in a company like Decathlon,
- Proficiency in Google Suites – Strong Excel skills are a must!,
- English proficiency – Both written and spoken, with strong communication skills,
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a compelling and engaging way,
- Strong adaptability – Ability to quickly adjust to changing circumstances and prioritize effectively,
- Exceptional organizational skills – Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently,
- Independence & teamwork skills – Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively,
- Project management expertise – Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an additional advantage,
- Basic graphic design knowledge – Experience with tools like Canva is a plus.
