Today we are looking for a new Customer Intelligence team member who will support the company in providing complex analysis and deliver actionable dashboards supporting the decision making process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating reports and analyses on the results of marketing activities and customer behavior, presenting conclusions and recommendations,
• Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (online and offline), analyzing ROI (return on investment), and recommending actions to optimize marketing strategies to increase their effectiveness,
• Using data to create customer segments that enable a more targeted and personalized approach in marketing activities,
• Preparing detailed ad hoc analyses of customer behavior,
• Proactively suggesting automation of reporting and analyses to support business decisions,
• Querying and manipulating data sets with SQL and Python,
• Data visualization using Tableau and Looker,
• Designing and developing new reports and reporting capability.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have practical knowledge of SQL (necessary condition​) and know how to effectively query large data sets,
• You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis/ engineering / science,
• You know how to manipulate, transform and analyze large volumes of data and deliver clear results and insights,
• You have practical knowledge of Python,
• You are curious about how customers relate to brands, 
• You know how to formulate clear insights based on complex analysis,
• You have have high attention to detail,
• You want to contribute to the business by using your data skillset,
• You are a team player, 
• You are self-organized and able to work independently,
• You can communicate effectively in English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in retail/ e-commerce,
• Previous experience in CRM and/or marketing analytics,
• Some experience in methods used by data science.
