If you join the team you will be responsible for supporting our commercial and customer growth teams in analyzing customer and sales data and delivering actionable insights to improve customer acquisition and retention. On a daily basis, you will work on the best in class cloud solutions, including AWS, DataBricks and Tableau.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analysis of customer structure and behavior,
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (online and offline), analyzing ROI (return on investment), and recommending actions to optimize marketing strategies to increase their effectiveness,
- Tracking customer acquisition and retention,
- Creating reports and analyses on the results of marketing activities and customer behavior, presenting conclusions and recommendations,
- Proactively suggesting automation of reporting and analyses to support business decisions,
- Querying and manipulating data sets,
- Data visualization using available tools,
- Designing and developing new reports and reporting capabilities,
- Using data to create customer segments that enable a more targeted and personalized approach in marketing activities,
- Preparing detailed ad hoc analyses of customer behavior.
EXPECTATIONS
- You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis/ engineering / science,
- You know how to manipulate, transform and analyze large volumes of data and deliver clear results and insights,
- You have practical knowledge of SQL and know how to effectively query large data sets,
- You have practical knowledge of Python,
- You are curious about how customers relate to brands ,
- You know how to formulate clear insights based on complex analysis,
- You have have high attention to detail,
- You want to contribute to the business by using your data skillset,
- You are a team player,
- You are self-organized and able to work independently,
- You can communicate effectively in English.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Previous experience in retail/ e-commerce,
- Previous experience in CRM and/or marketing analytics,
- Some experience in methods used by data science.
