Your responsibilities:

  • Supervision of the quality of the products delivered to the customer
  • Supervision of specific customer requirements
  • Supervision of quality complaints reported by the customer
  • Supervision of the registration of complaints in the internal register of the CMQ (Customer and Market Quality) department
  • Maintaining timelines of complaints in accordance to customer requirements
  • Supervision of the return of non-conforming products from the customer and planning of analysis/diagnosis/demolition
  • Analysis of complaints
  • Analysis and resolution of quality problems reported by the client
  • Implementation and supervision of preventive and corrective actions
  • Supervision of the quality management system (in ongoing projects)
  • Reporting and escalation of quality problems on the client's side

Our requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position in a production environment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of English at an intermediate level (B2) and fluent Polish (C1)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Interest on quality or quality process/tools
  • Communication, pro-activity, willingness to improve qualifications, ability to work in a team, accuracy, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, ability to make decisions under time pressure
