Managing cross country projects and initiatives in the area of insurance pricing, data analytics and technical excellence to improve pricing maturity, data capabilities and technical excellence within the UNIQA Group.

• Independently manage projects, collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and departments to ensure successful and timely delivery;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps for local pricing, analytics and technical excellence projects in cooperation with business leaders, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies;
• Oversee the implementation of local projects;
• Identify proactively development potential, gaps and weaknesses across all touchpoints in the pricing process;
• Promote data driven decision making throughout the organization with the implementation of data & analytics use cases;
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities;
• Work with leading insurance and product experts from CEE countries.

• A minimum of 3 years in project management, ideally leading initiatives in the insurance or financial services industry related to data, analytics or pricing;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Proven project management experience in financial institutions or similar environments, especially working in agile teams;
• Excellent organizational skills and a clear track record of effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment;
• Persuasive and clear communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude;
• Sense of urgency for time-sensitive manners;
• Openness to innovative ideas, inclusion, and diversity;
• Integrity as a leader, a team member, and in regard to the customer;
• Respect for all parties professionally involved;
• An excellent command of English language;
• Willingness to travel abroad at least once per quarter;
• A bachelor's degree in business management, project management, insurance, finance or in a related field will be an additional asset​.
