  • Running trainings, facilitating Scrum events and other workshops
  • Promoting innovative thinking and self-improvement within organization and the teams

what do you bring?

  • Have previous proven knowledge (mandatory PSM I/PSM II, desireable SAFe/LeSS)
  • Have previous experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large companie(s)
  • Have knowledge and practical experience of Agile values and principles
  • Have strong communication, facilitation and moderation skills
  • Have ability to be partner who brings value for Squad Members as well as Tribe Leaders
  • Have knowledge and practical experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Have knowledge of the software development process in agile methods and can put it into practice in a team
  • Have creativity which support out of box thinking and waste elimination
  • You will have real influence on business, organizational and mindset change. Furthermore, you will be part of probably one of the biggest and serious Agile transformation on the market and also - experience the good, bad and the ugly outcomes of transition into Agile.
