JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage a team of web analysts, providing guidance,
- Develop and execute a comprehensive web analytics strategy to optimize user experience, conversion rates and online business growth,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management,
- Drive data-informed decision-making,
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets,
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in web analytics tools and methodologies, and implement best practices within the team,
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the web analytics department.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Education in statistics, business or a related field,
- 5 years of experience as a Web Analyst, with a significant portion of that experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Practical knowledge in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of tools - Excel and Looker Studio, SQL, GTM and JS
- Knowledge of consent management platforms (e.g Didomi)
- Excellent analytical skills,
- Experience in strategic business development and online marketing strategies.
- Understanding of e-commerce concepts, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities,
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations,
- You can communicate effectively in English.
