Your responsibilities

  • System and user support:

              - ALM Software - Polarion,

              - PLM Software - Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace,

              - CAx/CAD software (Autodesk, Siemens NX, EPLAN, CAM, NC).

  • Support (telephone and ticket support).
  • Assistance to our team.
  • Maintenance of our ALM/PLM/CAD help site.
  • Creation of documentation.
  • Assistance with software updates of our products.

What we expect

  • Knowledge of supporting the above software products.
  • Experience in the creation of methods, processes and instructions.
  • Good and independent problem solving ability.
  • Cross-departmental and analytical thinking and acting.
  • Very good knowledge of German.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Reliability and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team.
