User Helpdesk Officer with German
Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Responsibilities:

  • First-level support:
    • receipt, classification and completion of user inquiries using the ticket system or by telephone
    • independent solving of user problems
    • forwarding complex problems to second-level support in the IT departments
  • User, device, and permissions management
  • Administration of the assigned IT systems, applications and portals
  • Installation of approved software on client systems
  • Escalation of massively occurring incidents and problems
  • Continuous review of existing IT manuals and documentation. If necessary, propose suggestions for improvement
  • Participation in new projects or migrations of the international IT organization​

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in IT user support tasks
  • Good understanding of a wide variety of IT topics, both in hardware as well as software installation and support
  • Independent, structured, analytical, and responsible working style
  • English on an intermediate level
  • German on the full working proficiency level
