Your responsibilities

  • System and user support of the Polarion software:
    - Customization and enhancement of the system
    - Implementation of projects
    - Administration
  • Support ( phone-, ticket- and OnSite support).
  • Creation of documentation.
  • Support for software product updates.

What we expect

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in the following programming languages:

- JavaScript with HTML

- Velocity

- Groovy

- Java preferable

  • Knowledge in the use and administration of Polarion or similar web applications.

  • Experience in server administration preferable.

Soft Skills:

  • Good and independent problem solving skills.
  • Experience in creating methods, processes and instructions.
  • Cross-functional and analytical thinking and acting.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
  • Reliability and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team.
