Responsibilities:

• Managing people resources within Capability team to meet current and future resource needs
• Analyse current and future job needs and identify skills gaps in consultation with key stakeholders and design/source appropriate training solutions. Defining and gaining agreement on roles, objectives and principles for effective relationships
• Continually reviewing and considering improvements to all elements of the team’s operations
• Sets the direction and leads the introduction and use of techniques, methods and tools to match overall business requirements; ensuring consistency of adoption and adherence to policies and standards across all capability team memebers; leads the development of related organisational capabilities including policies, standards and guidelines
• Manging and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Monitoring individual and team performance and providing feedback to staff on team and individual level
• Fostering an open, collaborative environment that encourages operational excellence, quality, innovation, ongoing learning, and knowledge sharing
• Proactively manage and contribute to competence management strategy and business planning by providing best practice advice and outlining continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring consistent delivery of competence projects
• Managing expenditure and resources in line with approved delegations, guidelines, budget, deadlines, and reporting requirements, with a focus on cost effectiveness
• Actively maintain a recognised expert level of specialised knowledge including providing expert advice, overseeing the provision of specialist advice by others and contributing to the development and sharing of specialist knowledge to further organisational objectives
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the strategy for the business domain including developing and communicating plans, collating and providing information and insights
• Supporting Capability Lead Manager in the development and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and increase safety
• Assisting other departments with recruitment, selection, training, and performance management activities
• Coordinating team leadership team within Capability Team

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as Capability Specialist/Lead, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Service Manager or similar positions in the IT industry
• Experience and knowledge of IT project management
• Knowledge of good IT service delivery practices (ITIL) and a working knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile)
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to build business relationships
• Good organisation of work, analytical skills
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• University degree

3. Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzane są:
a) w celu realizacji procesu rekrutacji na podstawie wyrażonej zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO);
b) w celu realizacji przyszłych procesów rekrutacji o ile wyraziłeś na to zgodę (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO);
c) w związku z realizacją projektów realizowanych dla klientów ASTEK Polska sp. z o.o. na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
4. W zakresie rekrutacji będziemy przechowywać Twoje dane do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia danego procesu rekrutacyjnego. Jeżeli wyraziłeś zgodę na przetwarzanie Twoich danych w celach realizacji przyszłych procesów rekrutacji, będziemy przetwarzać Twoje dane przez okres 36 miesięcy licząc od końca roku, w którym zgoda została udzielona lub do czasu cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzania danych osobowych. W przypadku pozostałych celi przez okres niezbędny do realizacji celów, do których dane osobowe zostały zebrane lub w których są przetwarzane.
5. Odbiorcami danych mogą być np. podmioty obsługujące systemy teleinformatyczne Administratora lub udostępniające Administratorowi narzędzia teleinformatyczne, podmioty świadczące usługi doradcze, konsultacyjne na rzecz Administratora, itp.
6. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowane ale nie będą podlegały profilowaniu.
7. W związku z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych osobowych przysługuje Ci prawo do:
a) dostępu do treści danych osobowych, w tym prawo do uzyskania kopii tych danych;
b) żądania sprostowania (poprawiania) danych osobowych w przypadku, gdy dane są nieprawidłowe lub niekompletne;
c) żądania usunięcia danych osobowych (tzw. „prawo do bycia zapomnianym”);
d) żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych;
e) wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych;
f) przeniesienia danych;
g) cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w zakresie, w jakim zgoda została wyrażona, w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
8. W przypadku uznania, że przetwarzanie przez Administratora danych narusza przepisy RODO, masz prawo do wniesienia skargi do właściwego organu nadzorczego, tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
