We are looking for a Project Manager/ Chief of Staff to join our team and provide support to the CEO of our Poland office.

Joining us, your responsibility will be to:

• Collaborate with the CEO and the Board of Decathlon Poland to increase its efficiency and the flow of delivered business value​;
• Manage the country project to ensure operational and economic alignment with the country’s overall objectives;
• Oversee project execution (till closing) thanks to project management tools and methods;
• Helps projects to be carried out in the most efficient and effective way, in other words to scale the performance of these projects;
• Manage communication around the project and coordinate information flow between different departments and employees;
• Provide support in preparing presentations, reports and analysis for the needs of the board;
• Organize and facilitate meetings and ensure that all parties are aligned and on the same page.

Perfect candidate has:

• Very good command of English language, both written and spoken;
• Storytelling skills to convey complex ideas in an engaging manner;
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva;
• Knowledge of agile methodology - additional advantage;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and effectively prioritize tasks;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in Google Office and Microsoft Office suite.
