- You are the promoter of agile product delivery across the whole solution
- You collaborate on team level with team members, product owner and another team coaches
- You support teams value delivery, transparency, inspection and adaptation and alignment with other teams
- You help teams to remove obstacles and create the best ways of working for them
- You promote agile values and principles
- 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Service Delivery Manager or Agile Coach
- Enthusiasm for agile approach, customer focus, change management, team development and continuous improvement
- Proactive person with excellent facilitation, communication and mediation skills
- Ability to present complex data in simple and understandable terms
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with scaling agile frameworks is advantage
- Experience within more than one organizations/products/teams is advantage
- Fluent English communication
