Opis stanowiska

What will You do?
  • Ensure the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use, 
  • Run daily team stand-up meetings, 
  • Moderate sprint and planning meetings (incl. estimation of team capacity and story  points), 
  • Run and document Sprint Retrospective sessions, 
  • Drive improvements (from retrospective) across all related processes, 
  • Resolve obstacles, set up and support Scrum artifacts (Jira) ,
  • Maintain metrics, dashboards and reports, 
  • Help the team toidentify and implement changes effectively, 
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it,
  • Cooperate with Products Owners/Product Managers .


Who You are:
  • You have got at least 2+ years of experience in a similar position,
  • You are able to communicate effectively in English, using both verbal and written communication
    skills (C1/C2 level) – we work with international teams,
  • Are a change agent promoting  Scrum best practices and Agile mindset in daily work with international teams ,
  • You have got ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization, 
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development process ,
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
  • Problem-solving abilities,
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc.,
  • Certification in Scrum Master (ex. Scrum.org).
