  • Works with Portfolio Lead on the enablement of the practice to be able to deliver offerings and support others during sales process​,
  • Works with Sales, Portfolio Leads, EM Leads to provide capacity to deliver services pipeline​,
  • Ensures highest quality of our consultants and works with the clients to continuously improve them,
  • Provides strategic and operational direction and alignment with Portfolio and Unit initiatives within the practice​,
  • Responsible for planning and managing the delivery team to achieve set P&L, business growth and customer satisfaction targets within the practice​,
  • Managing and maintaining of delivery resources capabilities and information within the tools (e.g. Tech Profiles, availability etc),
  • Makes sure delivery, resource management and HR processes and standards are executed within the practice and contributes to their improvement​,
  • Support of the sales organization in business development, pursuit, and engagement delivery, ensuring the right level of sales and delivery capacity is available to execute on the service pipeline​,
  • Ensures Practice has proper skills, capabilities and capacity to deliver Portfolios and Offerings​.


  • Strong people management and leadership skills, ​
  • Experience in building Engineering/Professional Services teams, ​
  • Experience in Financial, KPI management,
  • Proven management of at least 20 people teams,
  • Nice to have knowledge and experience within Microsoft products and technologies mostly with:
    • DevOps,
    • CICD Automation,
    • Azure Infrastructure,
    • Cloud Native Infrastructure,
    • AKS,
    • Platform Engineering,
  • Fluent English is a must, both written and reading.
