Since embedded systems development is a complex task, you will be responsible for one or more of the following topics, depending on your competence profile and experience. We look forward to receiving your application, even if you only partially meet the responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) prototypes for functional validation of our mechatronic products containing motors, sensors and lighting units
• Analysis of the technical ECU requirements and derivation of the corresponding ECU specifications
• Design of modular, reusable ECU concepts and architectures as part of a strategic ECU roadmap
• Development and prototyping of the ECU hardware (schematics, component selection, layout, prototyping, commissioning)
• Development and implementation of ECU software components such as communication interfaces or product related system functionality
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with development, testing and production departments at our worldwide locations

Requirements:

• Studies in mechatronics or electrical engineering ideally with specialization in software and/or hardware engineering
• Knowledge of the software development process from specification to concept & design, implementation and testing to documentation
• Knowledge of embedded software design and programming in C/C++
• Knowledge of ECU hardware design
• Understanding of automotive bus systems (LIN, CAN) and practical experience with associated analysis tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CAPL programming)
• Good communication skills in Polish & English with a structured way of working and thinking as well as attention to detail
