Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, operation, monitoring and maintenance of local IT and collaboration systems (hardware and software)
• Provision of the IT working environment for users (computers, monitors, phones, mobiles etc.) including lifecycle management
• Autonomous organization and administration of customer portals, user management
• Data maintenance and documentation for all aspects of IT infrastructure (inventory, server/network layouts, emergency and IT security documentation, audits etc.)
• Analysis and planning of hardware and software requirements and their procurement according to standards
• Coordination of external service providers
• 1st and 2nd level support for users
• Independent execution of error analyses with subsequent elimination, if necessary with the involvement of 2nd or 3rd level or external support
• Future possibilities: Participation in projects of the global IT and take over the responsibility for individual projects or subject areas

Requirements:

• Studies or apprenticeship in the IT field or a comparable education with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Technical expertise especially in the areas of:
  • Microsoft Office 
  • Microsoft Client and Server Operating Systems and Services (Windows 10, Server 2012/16/19, ActiveDirectory, M365 etc.)
  • Network Infrastructure (Switches, Routing, VLANs, wired/wireless, WAN etc.)
  • Basic network services and protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP etc.)
  • Hardware (printers, computers, servers, collaboration equipment etc.)
• Willingness to perform maintenance work outside of core working hours and on weekends if necessary
• Independent, structured, analytical and responsible working style
• Fluency in Polish and English both orally and in writing is a must
• German language skills are a plus
