Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the members of the tech team on how to plan, build, integrate, deploy, and support apps, features and custom implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365,
  • Driving the tech strategy around product and feature development for the Microsoft Dynamics platform,
  • Defining the technical scope of work for Microsoft Dynamics application and workflow features,
  • Delegating, tracking, and verifying the tech plan and deliverables assigned to the team,
  • Establishing non-functional requirements and solution definitions for products built on or related to Microsoft Dynamics,
  • Planning and managing integrations with Microsoft Dynamics products and flows,
  • Reviewing the quality of deliverables across all products and features built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform,
  • Ensuring consistency of the overall Microsoft Dynamics products and features including end2end integration into other applications,
  • Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating product and platform/application requirements,
  • Providing guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process,
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose how to resolve these,
  • You are self-organizing with other team members. There is no separate management layer, work is planned and executed by the team,
  • Ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy, and support the Product are embedded in the team (interdisciplinary),
  • Being responsible for ensuring the overall Predica standards and best practices are adhered to (i.e. Quality, Compliance),
  • Supporting the Product Owner by facilitating the gathering, definition, and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders,
  • Supporting Product Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories,
  • Supporting the Product Owner to translates the client’s business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases,
  • Completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria,
  • Supporting the Product Owner to breakdown, decomposing and describing business needs into Stories,
  • Working ahead of the team to elicit requirements for the next Sprint's Stories,
  • Providing discipline, rigour and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process,
  • Supporting the Product Owner in engaging stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service,
  • Core technologies include C#, .NET, HTML 4 & 5, JavaScript, CSS, Azure functions and SQL Server knowledge. Good to have MVC, WCF knowledge as well,
  • Strong experience in Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps applications and Online and On-premises solutions,
  • Experience building solutions across multiple Dynamics CRM projects and Power Platform from configuration and customization to extension and development,
  • 7+ years of professional work experience in a development role,
  • 5+ years of experience in managing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform including PowerApps portals and Azure services. A clear understanding of product features, strengths, weaknesses, best practices and the experience to fill the gaps,
  • Exposure to Power Platform - Model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents is expected,
  • Exposure to Microsoft development products (Azure Dev Ops / TFS, Power platform, SharePoint, and Project Server),
  • Experience of integrating Microsoft products with 3rd party applications/databases using technologies such as REST API, Azure Integration Services,
  • Very good knowledge of English.
