Responsibilities:

  • The Portfolio Lead is a part of the Business Unit line leadership team; They are responsible for the portfolio of services, work in close collaboration with and report into the BU Line Lead,
  • In their capacity, the Portfolio Leads pull together inputs from key external and internal stakeholders to build and manage 1 – 3 year portfolio strategy, implements go-to-market models and enables the team to deliver the growth.

Market sensing & portfolio conception:

  • Conduct thorough market research, draw on inputs from internal (e.g., marketing, regional sales & delivery, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, market analyst, customers, etc.) as well as proprietary research,
  • Formulate Portfolio strategy/ GTM models for deep (enterprise) and breath (mid-market) penetration for 1 - 3 years together with the BU Lead and align with rest of the Portfolio Leads: to secure 3 years growth of the BU,
  • Drives GTM, Portfolio enablement, business development.

Portfolio management and stakeholder engagement:

  • Own and manage the portfolio of services and intellectual property,
  • Lead business development and enablement activities to ensure the team prioritizes the right offerings,
  • Support sales enablement (e.g., create Portfolio specific collaterals),
  • Work closely with CTO and Delivery Unit Lead on software development and solutions architects in creating new offerings and packaging existing IP for repeatable sales,
  • Drive Portfolio 3 years growth and cross-sell with other Portfolio Leads, builds partnerships with Regional Sales organization and direct interaction with customers.

Requirements:

Strategic and Business Development:  

  • Deep domain expertise in respective service line and understanding for market environment of associated services:
    • DevOps & Platform Engineering,
    • Modern Applications & Integrations,
    • Business Apps & Hyperautomation,
    • Application migration and modernization programs (AMMP) & Digital Transformation,
  • Previous leadership position in business and product strategy and extensive knowledge of portfolio management standards and methodologies,
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with senior decision-makers and growing clients.  

Technology:  

  • Some experience/touchpoints with Microsoft technology,
  • Good level of understanding IT concepts (infrastructure, cloud, applications) –on Microsoft stack (Azure, M365).  

Operational: 

  • Fluent English in speaking & writing,
  • Good negotiation skills,  
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, 
  • Good presentation and communication skills,
  • Extreme ownership of projects and tasks.
