Strategic & Business Development:

  • Execution of the company strategy,
  • Being Trusted Advisor for our Clients and provide them with ideas and inspiration how technology might support or enable their goals,
  • Working closely with Regional BDEs and Global Partners on generated pipeline,
  • Aiming for growth in different part of IT business,
  • Conducting and managing sales processes, establishing proper delivery setup for Contracts,
  • Prioritize and balance between projects priorities,
  • Accounts planning,
  • Acting as Engagement Manager / Contract Manager,
  • Enhance up-sales and cross-sales,
  • Looking for future valuable areas in technology world.


  • Customer / Satisfaction Management,
  • Supervising projects / portfolios of projects,
  • Inventing and driving organizational changes necessary for growth and higher quality services,
  • Optional – Team Management.


  • Responsible for sales tools and reporting,
  • Overseeing Net Profit and managing incentives based on it,
  • Quality of the proposals, consistency of the CRM with the proposals, ownership of the sales process,
  • Quality of projects delivery,
  • Ensure sales and marketing materials availability.


  • Core relational data high-level understanding: database, ETL, machine learning, data visualization, API,
  • PaaS, SaaS, IaaS type solution, 
  • Experience in project management, successful delivery of a project, 
  • Supervising and management of sales process for enterprise level, 
  • Senior stakeholder management skills,
  • Ability to spot & discover x-sell and up-sell opportunities,
  • Proven experience of managing relationship and growing customers in multi-technology area, 
  • Experience of creating and managing relationship with external partners, 
  • Knowledge or experience in sales/pre-sales project management, 
  • Efficient time management,  
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate efficiently potential risks, 
  • Conducting workshops, presentations, meetings, 
  • Analytical mind, ability to negotiate, 
  • Works on flexible hours - it is about getting things done, not to make them between 8-16 (if jogging or a mid-day nap helps you in being more effective - please do it, you decide when and also where you want to work),
  • Readiness to travel approx. up to 20-30%
