Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • The Portfolio Lead is a part of the Business Unit line leadership team; They are responsible for the portfolio of services, work in close collaboration with and report into the BU Line Lead,
  • In their capacity, the Portfolio Leads pull together inputs from key external and internal stakeholders to build and manage 1 – 3 year portfolio strategy, implements go-to-market models and enables the team to deliver the growth.
  • Formulate Portfolio strategy/ GTM models for deep (enterprise) and breath (mid-market) penetration for 1 - 3 years together with the BU Lead and align with rest of the Portfolio Leads: to secure 3 years growth of the BU,

Operations:  

  • Conduct thorough market research, draw on inputs from internal (e.g., marketing, regional sales & delivery, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, market analyst, customers, etc.) as well as proprietary research,
  • Maintain a Portfolio of Offerings supporting the BU growth strategy,
  • Demand and agree on the skills development need from the Delivery Unit, to support the portfolio and strategy execution,
  • Prepare and land sales enablement programs for BDEs, Regional Sales, and SWO Sales,
  • Work with the architects and consultants to update the portfolio in an ongoing manner.

Business development:  

  • Generate qualified cross-sell BU opportunities in existing accounts,
  • Create and deploy programs for penetration to a wide range of customers,
  • Position and drive new business in existing customers,
  • Collaborate with lead generation services, as part of the GTM strategy execution.

Requirements:

Strategic and Business Development: 

  • Deep domain expertise in respective service line and understanding for market environment of associated services:
    • Decision Intelligence,
    • ESG & Sustainable Growth,
    • AI-driven organisations,
    • Data Foundations.
  • Ability to maintain a portfolio of offerings,
  • Ability to educate people how to sell the portfolio of offerings,
  • Full scope and delivery of specific Service/Framework to the market,
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with senior decision-makers and growing clients,
  • Hands-on experience as product/program owner during a professional career.

Technology:  

  • Some experience/touchpoints with Microsoft technology or Microsoft, System integrators / consulting groups,
  • Good level of understanding IT concepts (infrastructure, cloud, applications, data analytics) –on Microsoft stack (Azure, M365).

Experience: 

  • Microsoft technology background and experience,
  • Domain knowledge within data solutions areas like Modern Data Platform (especially Azure Synapse, Azure SQL DB), Data Lakes, Data Governance, DataOps, Data Visualization (especially Power BI), Machine Learning, Deep learning in the cloud.

Operational:

  • Fluent English in speaking & writing,
