Key Account Manager

Responsibilities include:

  •  Participating in the implementation of ENDEGO's strategy particularly on the German market
  • Promoting ENDEGO offerings and building brand awareness in the automotive industry in the German market - improve brand visibility with OEMs
  • Offering a wide range of top-quality engineering competencies (in cooperation with ENDEGO Competence Centres) to Tier-1 and ESP customers
  • Establish customer relationships based on own relationships/network and various/multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns conducted by/in collaboration with ENDEGO Business Development and Marketing Departments
  • Handling sales inquiries and delivering customer presentations
  • Participating (with ENDEGO Competence Centres) in preparing customized proposals and executing price and contract negotiations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients - being the main point of contact for key clients in all relevant areas
  • Putting customer satisfaction first understanding the client's engineering competency needs
  • Supervision of projects implemented for key clients
  • Proactive search for development opportunities regarding customer cooperation combined with industry trends research
  • Monitoring the market and competitor activities
  • Actively collaborating with ENDEGO Competence Centres to help guide the development of competencies sought by the client/market
  • Executing sales budget for new customer acquisition as well as sales development with active customers.
  • Develop and undertake activities directed at increasing sales
  • Qualify, execute, and close business opportunities under minimum guidance
  • Prospect for potential new customers and generate leads
  • Openness to business travel

Competence and experience:

  • Knowledge and technical experience in the construction of automotive industry components in CAD areas - minimum 5 years
  • Ability to establish contacts easily, openness to building relationships with customers mainly from Automotive Industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
