Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Translate client needs into specific requirements,
  • Confidently select the right solution based on the client requirements,
  • Scopes out a project based on business requirements and achievable benefits,
  • Prepares statement of work, prices the engagement and creates other supporting project documentation,
  • Leads pre-sales and technical/architectural meetings with the clients (requirement gathering, internal alignments, presenting solutions…).

 

Project Management:

  • Coordinates project resources for with the goal of flawless execution of multiple projects,
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,
  • Orchestrates and ensures project goes smoothly by connecting all stakeholders (developers, admins, customer business, customer IT),
  • Single project point of contact for Client and Predica.

 

Delivery:

  • Supervises technical quality and sets priorities for the project technical team members,
  • Participates in delivery meetings with the clients when needed,
  • Leads a small to mid-size delivery team consisting of project managers/technical team members and is responsible for delivery within agreed hours and budged.

Requirements:

Operational:

  • 8+ years of experience in delivering projects within the cybersecurity space, with focus on Microsoft technology. From which at least 2+ years of experience with pre-sales activities,
  • Fluent English.

 

Technical Skills – depending on the level of seniority 2 or more of the following categories are required:

  • High level understanding of Microsoft O365 and Azure Identity & Access management,
  • Information Protection and Compliance Management,
  • Threat Management and Monitoring,
  • Endpoint Security,
  • Information Protection,
  • Privileged Access Management,
  • Active Directory knowledge with focus Security,
  • Azure Security Architecture,
  • Security Monitoring and Operations,
  • Network Security,
  • Policy Management and Monitoring,
  • Microsoft certifications in the Azure/Security stack,
  • CyberArk solution stack understanding is a plus.

 

Soft skills:

  • Passion for technology and a consultant mindset,

  • Able to conceptualize complex technical topics,
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills,
