  • Working in a team supporting and delivering various azure native, custom applications, and platforms, 
  • Analysis of applications bugs and errors, identification of their roots, requesting changes and fixes from internal and external vendors, 
  • Incident and problem management, 
  • Creating technical documentation (e.g. SOP type documents, instructions, implementation plans for changes, projects related to infrastructure development, etc.), 
  • Monitoring environments, systems, and applications using MS Azure, 
  • Cooperating with developers, project owners, and business clients, 
  • Translating business needs into technical specifications, 
  • Providing high-quality solutions, 
  • Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, testing, and design documents, 
  • Contribute to existing processes, automate repetitive tasks and enhance existing solutions and documentation., 
  • Knowledge transfer to other team members. 


  • Min 2+ years of experience in supporting complex, high available, custom IT systems, ideally as IT analyst, business analyst, 
  • Can-do attitude - You will often tackle problems, which no one had before, with no clear procedure or instruction, 
  • Wide but not necessarily very deep understanding of IT concepts: servers, networking, databases, 
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, 
  • Strong time management skills, 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
