Business development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Represent commercially ENDEGO in Michigan and the whole of NA
- Manage existing customers and build upon previous efforts
- Bring own network, contacts to major industry players
- Actively acquire new customers and build a strong project pipeline
- Promote our competences in mechanical design, CAE, E/E, SW, etc within a diverse customer pool
- Use market intelligence effectively to create leads
- Conduct business talks and negotiations with clients
- Develop regional sales strategy in line with the global strategy of the group
- Prepare business offers
- Build and manage a high performing sales team throughout the country
- Excellence in delivery to our clients
- Organizational tasks relating to the NA entity
Requirements:
- Ideally holding an engineering degree (M.Sc.Eng., BEng, MSc) and technical aptitude
- Proven track record in sales
- Understanding customer needs and ability to turn them into tailored commercial proposals
- Ability to present and convincingly communicate the proposed solutions
- Distinctive communicating skills
- Ability to conduct sales calls and presentations
- Consistency and determination to achieve the set objectives
- Strong organizational skills
- Extensive business travel availability and readiness
- Driver's licence
