Responsibilities:

• Development and standardization of sales controlling (standardized methods and key figures), optimization of sales analyses, statistics and reporting (e.g. price variance report), preparation of monthly results meetings for the sales department
• Monitoring of all key indicators (prices, conditions, sales, margin, etc.)
• Responsibility for coordination of sales planning and forecast as well as derivation of sales targets and budget figures, assistance in determination of the roots of the plan-actual deviations (budget/forecast), launching and monitoring of appropriate countermeasures
• Preparation and interpretation of ad hoc analysis
• Support in finalization and analysis of financial reporting in coordination with controlling
• Management of assigned sales controlling-relevant projects, controlling support in cross-divisional projects
• Preparation of standardized and globally applicable training materials and manuals
• Further development of reporting tools especially BW in coordination with SAP key users

Requirements:

• Completed business studies (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on controlling / finance
• Fluent English (corporate language), German advantageous
• Very good knowledge of SAP-CO both in the application and in customizing
• Experience in SAP BW / BI or other BI tools advantageous
• Very good IT skills (MS Office), Pivot technique
• Relevant work experience (min. 5 years)
• Strong analytical thinking, good technical understanding
• Team orientation and proactive approach with excellent communication and organizational skills
