Test Engineer

  • Developing, documenting and executing software systems tests according to electronics and software development standards
  • Defining test procedures and test cases
  • Developing automated test environment and automatic tests (when suitable)
  • Executing tests, creating test reports and reporting bugs
  • Executing vehicle tests (when suitable)
  • Active participation in software systems test related reviews
  • Active participation in project meetings
  • Keeping contacts with clients (when suitable) in the area of software development and software systems tests
  • Active participation in technical innovations and organization programs
  • Accomplishing tasks in accordance to quality standards and schedules


  • Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • English knowledge (ability to speak, read and write)
  • Speaking German or French will be a plus
  • Knowledge of script programming languages
  • Knowledge of systems and devices testing tools and methods
  • Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement basis
  • Knowledge of software programming basis
  • Team oriented
  • Honesty in relation with company, clients, and co-operators
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Willing to travel as required
