  • Collecting and analyzing data from HR systems and other sources regarding e.g. new employees, promotions, dismissals, working time, holidays, 
  • Reliable and timely input of HR data to the systems, 
  • Preparation of contracts related to the initiation, changes, termination of employment (civil law contracts, employment contracts, B2B), 
  • Preparation of annexes to various types of contracts, 
  • Collecting and maintaining HR and payroll data, including: personal data of employees, salaries, tax statements, 
  • Keeping, supervising and checking the completeness of personal files in accordance with applicable regulations, 
  • Collection, monitoring and archiving of HR and payroll documentation received in Warsaw office, 
  • Setting and monitoring the signing of contracts with candidates in the office in Warsaw, 
  • Scanning documentation received in Warsaw office in and proper records its in dedicated tools, 
  • Supporting and controlling the medical certifications and health and safety training statements, including related activities and validity terms, 
  • Assistance in employee benefits requests, 
  • Updating Payroll Team about important documents affecting the payroll settlement, 
  • Support all the team in daily administrative activities. 


  • Experience in working with HR or other documentation, e.g. financial, GDPR, etc. as 'nice to have', 
  • Interest in labor law and tax regulations subjects, 
  • English skills allowing for easy communication, 
  • Very good organization of own tasks and own work, 
  • Conscientious and systematic work, 
  • High level communication with employees in the organization.
