Consuting Business Lead

We are looking for a driven, passionate individual to join our Consulting Team as the person accountable for building the team (Consulting Business Lead). You should have proven track record of being technical and business project leader, ideally in a professional services organization with Microsoft specialization.

You need to have track record of building, leading, and growing the team willingness to take ownership of what and how you deliver to our customers. You must also have experience in selling professional services (preparing RFP bids, presenting value proposition, estimating, and pricing projects). Apart from that, you have strong technical skills.

Beware – it requires ownership, commitment, taking care of the Customers, and full responsibility of the team.

In short, you will be accountable for strategy execution, delivery standards, profitability, and growth of business and people in the team.

Job responsibilities:

Strategic & Business Development  

  • Execution of the company strategy, 
  • Prioritize and balance between projects priorities ("cash cow", "strategic" etc.),
  • Accounts planning, 
  • Build new business development opportunities in line with the strategy, 
  • Acting as AO/EM (partial), 
  • Enhance up-sales and cross-sales. 


  • Overseeing a team, 
    • Growth - hiring, promotion from Delivery, 
    • Hire & Fire, 
    • Personal development path + promotions, 
    • Team collaboration and development. 
  • Education of the Digital Advisors and making sure that the ratio Consulting/Delivery is correct and aligned with the pipeline (aligned with HoD), 
  • Objective-based bonuses and performance review rules for all roles in the department, 
  • Inventing and driving organizational changes necessary for growth and higher quality services. 


  • Responsible for sales tools and reporting, 
  • Overseeing Net Profit and managing incentives based on it, 
  • Quality of the proposals, consistency of the CRM with the proposals, ownership of the sales process, 
  • Quality of projects delivery,  
  • Ensure sales and marketing materials availability. 



  • Knowledge and experience within Microsoft products and technologies (of your choice):  
    • .Net, Azure PaaS, SQL and no-SQL databases, 
    • Office 365, SharePoint, 
    • Dynamics CRM & Power Platform. 


  • People management experience: 
    • Recruitment, hire, fire experience, 
    • Experience in managing and developing senior-level people, 
  • Experience in creating teams, organizational roles, structures, and responsibilities (preferably multi-national). 

Strategic and Business Development 

  • Proven experience in managing relationship and growing customers in multi-technology area,  
  • Experience of creating and managing relationship with external partners, 
  • Closed sales of at least 5 big complex multi-technology projects for various customers, 
  • Multi-market (geographical, technological or vertical) business development experience, working with enterprise level customers. 


  • Has Microsoft technology background and experience 
  • Full scope and delivery of at least 5 big complex multi-technology projects for various customers 
  • Ability to teach people how to sell and manage complex projects 

Soft skills 

  • Knowledge or experience in sales/pre-sales project management,  
  • Efficient time management of own time, ability to prioritize and communicate efficiently potential risks,  
  • Conducting workshops, presentations, meetings, 
  • Analytical mind, ability to negotiate,  
  • Fluent English is a must.
