Your responsibilities

  • Commercial representative in the Cross-functional Program Team Meetings (XPT) providing key strategic market insights (biosimilar and disease area competition).
  • Provide patient, market and competitive understanding identifying trends and opportunities WW.
  • Provide market input into business cases (which are owned by BD) including market dynamics based on innovator pipelines, biosimilar competition, market share, pricing.
  • Build internal knowledge around disease area, indication, stakeholders, product and CI across the organization.
  • Create the initial target product profile upon molecule selection and as time moves forward provide market-oriented input into the target product profile (which is then owned by the Program Manager) incl. device and diagnostic needs.
  • Support launch coordination process with partner in close alignment with supply and IP.
  • Be an integral part of driving pre-launch coordination according to aligned milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to main stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
  • Ensure all relevant information is communicated to the volume forecasting person.
  • Attend local S&OP meeting internally and optimally also at the partner site.
  • Support launch coordination process with partner in close alignment with supply and IP
  • Be an integral part of driving pre-launch coordination according to aligned milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to main stakeholders, and drive decision-making.

If you have

  • University degree.
  • Commercialization and development expertise.
  • Previous experience in Strategic Marketing / Global Product Strategy is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including senior management focus.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Polish a plus.
  • Orientation towards collaboration and aligned decision-making.
  • Ability to bridge marketing and science.
  • Highly structured and analytical.
  • Team oriented, but able to work independently.
  • Creativity and problem solving competence.
  • Presentation and moderation competence.
  • Persistent and assertive, with a good sense how to manage conflict.
