We are looking for an Office 365 Digital Advisor to join our unique team. Job responsibilities:


  • Scope out a project based on business requirements and achievable benefits,    
  • Supervises technical quality and sets priorities for others,  
  • Participates in meetings with the customers on the need basis, 
  • Prepares project documentation (architecture and design, vision and scope documents), 
  • Leads medium (3-6 ppl.) delivery team and is responsible for delivery within agreed hours budget, 
  • Estimates the effort required to deliver a project based on a statement of work,    
  • Executes technical proof of concepts, 
  • Execute technical proof of concepts, UAT sessions, and training/knowledge transfer sessions,  
  • Can scope out a complex project based on business requirements and achievable benefits, 
  • Can lead technology decisions and facilitate and articulate alternatives. 

Project Management 

  • Books and manages project resources, 
  • Technical lead in all phases of the project, 
  • Orchestrates and ensures project goes smoothly by connecting all stakeholders (developers, admins, customer business, customer IT), 
  • Facilitates meetings with customer, 
  • Single project point of contact for Customer and Predica, 
  • Ensure project is delivered within: 
    • Hour budget,  
    • Quality (Customer Satisfaction), 
    • Time, 
    • Scope, 
    • Expected net profit. 
  • Performs solution hand-over, 
  • Works on optimizing delivery process in own area of expertise,  
  • Works on up to 6 projects at the same time as PO (and preferably EM [1]). 


  • Creates Scope of Work, 
  • Creates Work Break-down Structure in Microsoft Project/Azure DevOps if needed, 
  • Full proposal preparation (must-have for single technology, with CL [2] assistance for cross-technology), 
  • Works with EM on Proposal,  
  • Customer's follow-up on opportunities owned, 
  • Responsible for driving sales process from Opportunity to Project,  
  • Assists CL with sales materials etc., 
  • Generate smaller deals based on current relations/projects: next versions, CR, 
  • EM in smaller projects.

  • Expertise knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (e.g. MS Teams and available tools/apps, Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid Setup, Microsoft Defender For O365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, O365 tenant to tenant migration tools, Exchange Server ,and Skype For Business migrations to Online services) with practical experience in projects,
  • Knowledge of other Cloud Services would be an advantage,  
  • Ability to create business solutions on services mentioned,   
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on a solution design level. 


  • Min. 4+ years of experience in Developer or Architect role in technologies and services mentioned above,   
  • At least 2 complex cloud-based architecture provided to Customer and executed with final solutions,   
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in working with Customers,   
  • Nice to have MCP certification. 


  • Delivery of at least 3 projects,  
  • Ability to prepare Scope of Work and WBS, 
  • Ability to manage work in project management tool (i.e. Azure DevOps), 
  • Ability to prepare FDD, TDD, HLD, WBS, Project Plan(s), 
  • Ability to manage project to achieve desired results.
