Job responsibilities:

  • Incident and problem management,
  • Analysis of bugs and errors, identifying their root cause and troubleshooting or requesting fixes and changes from internal and external vendors,
  • Active communication with users/clients in an international environment,
  • Monitoring systems and environments using MS Azure,
  • Knowledge transfer to other team members as well as creating technical documentation (e.g. SOP type documents).


  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (application support/service desk),
  • Fluent English,
  • Experience in incident and problem management,
  • Overall understanding of IT concepts (databases, networking, servers),
  • Self-reliance and "can–do attitude”.

Would be appreciated:

  • Knowledge of MS Azure,
  • Knowledge of SQL,
  • ITIL and Microsoft certification,
  • Knowledge of Azure AD B2C,
  • Experience with Service Now, VSTS/ Azure DevOps.
