Job responsibilities:

  • Analysis of applications bugs and errors, identification of their roots, requesting changes and fixes from internal and external vendors,
  • Incident and problem management,
  • Creating technical documentation (e.g. SOP type documents, instructions, implementation plans for changes, projects related to infrastructure development, etc.),
  • Monitoring environments, systems and applications using MS Azure,
  • Cooperating with developers, project owners and business clients,
  • Translating business needs into technical specifications,
  • Providing high-quality solutions,
  • Knowledge transfer to other team members,
  • Active communication with users/clients in an international environment.


  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role (application support/ IT analyst/ Service Desk),
  • Fluent English,
  • Knowledge of MS Azure platform,
  • Basic SQL knowledge,
  • Wide understanding of IT concepts: servers, networking, databases,
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes,
  • Experience with Service Now, VSTS/ Azure DevOps,
  • Self – reliance and “can do” attitude.

Nice to have:

  • ITIL and Microsoft certification,
  • Knowledge of Azure AD B2C.
