Partners Lead

Job responsibilities:

  • Participate in the establishing partners’ strategy for Predica 
  •  Design policies, procedures, and rules for partners' engagement  
  •  Building long-term relationships with Partners and Freelancers 
  •  Enrolment of the new Partners and Freelancers 
  •  Evaluation of the Partners performance within the ongoing engagements 
  •  Quality assurance of the Partners technical team  
  •  Negotiation of the win-win rates as part of a framework agreements  
  •  Reliability of the Partners' data in internal systems  
  •  Staffing opportunities with Partners  
  •  Maintenance of Partners in ongoing pre-sales, projects 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or vendors/freelancers management or business development
  • Experience in IT company, or in close collaboration with IT department
  • Proven track record of build relationships with C-level personnel and owners of the technology companies
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and video conference
  • Ability to comprehend complex technologies
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Analytical skills (advanced Excel skills is a must)
  • Account management abilities: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, analysis, opportunity management, pipeline management
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences, events
