IT Product Owner

Currently, we are looking for an IT Product Owner who could join our company and would help build a motivated and determined team.

Job responsibilities:


  • Leads meetings with the internal teams (trainings, handovers, requirements gathering etc.), 
  • Can scope out a complex project based on business requirements and achievable benefits, 
  • Can lead technology decisions and facilitate and articulate alternatives, 
  • Breaks down business requirements into technical specification, 
  • Prepares project documentation (Architecture and Design, Vision and Scope documents), 
  • Can lead medium (3-6 ppl.) delivery team and is responsible for delivery within agreed hours budget, 
  • Supervises technical quality and set priorities for others, 
  • Estimates the effort required to deliver a project based on statement of work, 
  • Executes technical proof of concepts, 
  • Prepares technical input for offers. 


  • Creates Scope of Work,  
  • Creates Work Break-down Structure,  

Project Management 

  • Books and manages project resources, 
  • Owns vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing and project ROI, 
  • Technical lead in all phases of the project,  
  • Orchestrates and ensures project goes smoothly by connecting all stakeholders (developers, admins, customer business, IT), 
  • Facilitates meetings with customer,
  • Single project point of contact for Customer,  
  • Ensure project is delivered within: 
    • Hour budget,  
    • Quality (Customer Satisfaction), 
    • Time. 
  • Works on-site to ensure proper solution design, 
  • Works on-site to ensure proper solution deployment,  
  • Performs solution hand-over and signs proof of execution, 
  • Works on up to 3 projects at the same time as Project Owner.


  • Min. 4+ years experience in the developer, architect, or pre-sales role,   
  • Min. 2+ years experience in leading and scoping projects,     
  • Min. 2+ years experience in working with Customers,     
  • Proficiency in Azure/ .NET technologies on Expert,  
  • Delivered or was part of approx. 5-8 projects, 
  • Nice to have MCP certification, 
  • Ability to prepare Scope of Work and WBS,  
  • Ability to manage the project within hours budget,  
  • Ability to architect a solution by mapping a customer’s business problem, 
  • Good soft skills: work management, project management, functional and technical analysis,  communication, conflict resolution,   
  • Travel up to 20% if necessary,  
  • Works on flexible hours,  
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues,  
  • Fluent English.
