Account Based Marketing Owner

We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing Owner to join our marketing team. Job responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing plans for a targeted list of accounts,  
  • Work to define and build the ABM processes for our regions of operations: USA, Middle East, CEE, Scandinavia, DACH, UK,  
  • Collaborate with GMs and New Business Managers on new accounts - prepare campaigns, follow-ups, etc.,  
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts target cluster,  
  • Find and deploy a proper ABM platform, and take ownership of all subsequent activities,  
  • Drive revenue in cooperation with GMs, measure all activities, and create reports on success of campaigns and programs,  
  • Continuously seek to innovate in the field of ABM marketing,  
  • Manage a team of 3 people.


  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise B2B audience/IT industry,  
  • Strong expertise in ABM (planning and implementing the whole journey, managing an ABM platform),  
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing technologies and strategies,  
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2),  
  • The ability to learn quickly, along with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic,  
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and optimize performance,  
  • Creativity and a proactive, can-do attitude,  
  • Team management skills,  
  • Ability to express thoughts and concepts in writing in a clear and consistent way.
