Principal Client Executive is accountable for a high profile key client in the region. The client is a global company operation across the globe with HQ in Denmark and it include responsibility for all it’s business units and divisions globally. This include leading our business development, relationship and growth activities, and overseeing and support our engagement delivery teams totaling to approx. 75 FTEs.

Job responsibilities:

Strategic and Business Development

  • Execution of Predica company strategy,
  • Be Account Owner for one or more key clients (new or existing),
  • Hands-on execution of business development and sales activities for your clients, and orchestrate other Predica people involved,
  • Develop good business relationships with the local Microsoft office,
  • Prioritize and balance between projects ("cash cow", "strategic" etc.) with the head of Nordic region.

Pre-Sales & Sales

  • Drive a consultative sales process to success (new, up-sell, cross-sell),
  • Vet sales material quality,
  • Run client presentations with other relevant pre-sales Predica people,
  • Perform scoping workshops and design sessions with Clients,
  • Negotiate contracts(scope, schedule, pricing, terms) with clients,
  • Look for Partnerships to enhance our reach.


  • Establish and develop business relationship with key people at clients (stakeholder map),
  • Establish and develop relationships with Predica delivery teams, especially engagement managers (EM), project owners (PO) and tech. architects (TA),
  • Overseeing Net Profit of the engagements within Client portfolio,
  • Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks at client opportunities and engagements.


Business Development

  • Proven experience of managing relationships with senior decision-makers and growing clients in multi-technology area,
  • Experience in both “doing all yourself selling” and “orchestrating a sales team”,
  • Closed consulting or project sales of at least 5 big complex solution projects for private enterprise clients,
  • New business development experience working with enterprise level customers,
  • Plus, if industry knowledge within Transportation or Logistics.


  • Experience as management consultant or it business consultant working with medium and large international enterprises,
  • Ability to coach people on how to sell and manage complex consulting projects,
  • Delivery responsible for at least 5 big complex solution projects for enterprise clients,
  • Hands-on experience with roles as: product owner, project manager, developer, or architect role(s) during professional career,
  • Working experience with scrum and SAFe (or another lean-agile framework).


  • Has Microsoft solution & technology background and experience,
  • Domain knowledge within “Azure Development”, “Data & AI”, “Cybersecurity” or “cloud infrastructure”.


  • Entrepreneur, self-starter mindset,
  • Passion and drive to learn,
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%,
  • Constantly works on improving soft and hard skills.

Soft skills

  • Good presentation and communication skills,
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills,
  • Task prioritization, highly organized,
  • Good negotiation skills.


  • Bachelor or master’s degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Computer Science, or equivalent,
  • Fluent in English, and ideally in local language (Danish).
