Executive Assistant

  • Assists the Leadership team with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents and presentations for meetings
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication
  • Maintains confidential files and contact information; coordinates meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off site to support the Leadership team agenda
  • Creation of necessary PO/PR activities in SAP
  • Business trip expenses handling and communication with the 3rd Parties
  • Organize internal workshop and events (covering catering services, logistics and hotel/room booking)
  • Collaborates with other team members to organize various corporate events
  • Respecting healthy, environment and safety rules
  • Respecting ethics and integrity policy


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in providing support for upper-level management in an organization
  • Ability to work with a broad range of people including Board members, colleagues of the president/CEO and staff, and others
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
  • Significant level of trust and diplomacy is required as well as courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others inside and outside of the organization and can be of a sensitive nature
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills. Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
