Job responsibilities:

Completes tasks in project (in adoption and change management projects):  

  • Completes tasks and sets priorities without or with minimal supervision,   
  • Estimates the effort required to complete own work, 
  • Breaks down project scope into smaller items (Features > PBIs), 
  • Prepares input for project documentation (e.g.ACM plan, Vision and Scope documents, communication plan, training program),   
  • Leads business meetings with the customers related to ACM activities,  
  • Executes project proof of concepts,   
  • Performs training and knowledge sharing sessions,  
  • Prepare adoption materials,  
  • Performs solution hand-over and signs proof of execution,  
  • Support Predica and own team in ACM offering development.  

Supports project management [supervised by accountable PO] (in adoption and change management projects):  

  • Completes project administration tasks,   
  • Completes project management tasks:   
    • Managing parts of backlog and sprint planning, 
    • Conducting project team meetings, 
  • Participates in meetings with the customer technical teams (training, handovers, requirements gathering, etc.),  
  • Scope out a project based on business requirements and achievable benefits,  
  • Participate in the envision and planning of the project, in many cases he/ she creates FDD, TDD, HLD, Project Plan,   
  • Estimates the effort required to deliver a project based on a statement of work,   
  • Supervises technical quality of delivery,  
  • Resolves delivery issues in all phases of the project communicates efficiently potential risks, blockers to respective project owners and customer,   
  • Leads meetings with the customer business teams (training, handovers, requirements gathering, etc.),    
  • Orchestrating collaboration within project team [incl. customer IT/ business]. 

Sales support (in adoption and change management projects):  

  • Breaks down business requirements into the detailed specification,   
  • Prepares input for offers (SOW, WBS). 

Requirements:

  • Very Good communication skills,  
  • Very Good presentation skills,  
  • Fluent English,  
  • Very good MS Teams knowledge,  
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Office 365 applications,  
  • Delivery at least 2-3 adoption projects with Office 365 technology,   
  • At least 2 years of experience in change management projects,   
  • Ability to prepare Scope of Work and WBS,  
  • Experience in leading business meetings, workshops, talks with HR or Communication Departments,  
  • Self-managed approach to work,  
  • Nice to have certifications: PROSCI Change Management, Microsoft Adoption Specialist.
