We are looking for:

Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist
Workplace: Wrocław or Remote

The person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Assessment of support agents' responses in terms of content;
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs (of the team and individual);
  • Providing feedback to employees (related to quality, indicating areas for improvement, determining what is correct and what we can do better);
  • Building a strategy to improve the quality of customer service;
  • Assistance in training new customer service agents;
  • Providing coaching and training sessions to develop customer service employees' skills;
  • Supporting leaders in their day-to-day work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques;
  • High communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • Independence.
