International Payroll & Employee Matters Specialist

Currently, we are looking for an International Payroll & Employee Matters Specialist who could join our company and would help build a motivated and determined team. 

Job responsibilites:

  • Preparation of internal policies and procedures related to HR processes for foreign markets,
  • Implement documents templates (e.g. contracts),
  • Processing documents/consents necessary for employment, e.g. work visas,
  • Preparation of agreements/annexes for foreign employees/associates,
  • Contact with employment agencies, negotiate terms and process contracts,
  • Analysis of foreign markets in terms of employee benefits
  • Reliable and timely introduction of HR data to the internal systems,
  • Collection and analysis of data from HR systems and other sources related to, e.g. new hires, promotions, redundancies, working time, leave, salaries,
  • Regularly review processes and ensure they are up-to-date with legal regulations,
  • Managing payroll and personal data within ENOVA system in compliance with the documents and internal procedures,
  • Comprehensive support for foreign workers/colleagues, including providing up-to-date information on employment.


  • Fluent English (clear and concise communication),
  • Curiosity and need to understand both the details and the context, analytical skills,
  • Cordiality and the ability to maintain positive relations with employees,
  • The ability to interpret in-country legislation requirements in overall payroll and employment terms,
  • Ability to work independently and adopt a proactive approach,
  • Excellent organization and management of own work,
  • Attitude to view problems as issues to be solved rather than obstacles,
  • Good knowledge and practice in using MS Office,
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information,
  • Previous experience in payroll or compensation & benefits operations (for foreign markets) will be an asset.
