We are looking for:

Art Manager
Workplace: Wrocław or Remote


Working closely with the Art Leads, Product Owner and Project Manager you will be responsible for making sure that the process for producing art and getting it into our games is as effortless as possible. 
This will involve working to understand the project art style and technical requirements so you can communicate and evaluate these when dealing with outsourcers, identifying missing skills in the team and working with our recruiters to find and fill those gaps, managing the skills within the team and helping to facilitate training and investment in our artists. 


  • Ensuring that the art teams within TSG and our outsourcing partners are operating at peak efficiency
  • Understand the technical and visual quality bar for externally created content and ensure these standards are hit 
  • Use your technical skills to help integration of completed assets into the games and facilitate the sign off of these assets
  • Maintain a network of relationships with outsourcers and freelancers that we can rely upon
  • Assist in the recruitment process and helping to fill open roles within the art team
  • Working closely within the art team to ensure that you understand the nuance of the games style and can communicate this and be a champion for this
  • Being the first filter on candidates suitability to join the art team and to interview them and ensure their skills and background will be a good fit.
  • Works within the company to ensure a consistency of game art quality and vision between different teams such as development and marketing.


  • You will have a background as an artist, ideally with 2D, 3D and Animation experience
  • Working knowledge of using Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
  • Experience working with Unity and Git 
  • Any project management training is a bonus
